A tool used for initiating and guiding organisational transformation in a specific area, including cyber security, innovation, digital transformation, information management and customer experience.

Any process in a business can be assessed against a maturity model.

Business Process Maturity Models (BPMMs) enable organisations to:

  1. Determine their current state of capability maturity, including identification of material deficiencies
  2. Determine an aspirational target maturity state and map their developmental path to achieving it
  3. Compare and benchmark capabilities within and between organisations
